Sau khi thiết kế (design) xong rc, cần dịch nó thành res file.

Mỗi nhà cung cấp đều có trình dịch riêng:
+ MinGW có windres.exe
+ Borland có brcc32.exe
+ Ms có rc.exe ...
Ví dụ:
